What does Lonadek do exactly?

Here at Lonadek, we provide training and human capacity development initiatives, expert manpower services, Local Content Advisory services and Engineering & Information technology solution. We train and develop indigenous professionals on non-technical and technical courses that would enhance the capability and competence of the participants to execute projects efficiently in adherence with international best practice. Lonadek delivers value in the Energy, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Power, mining and manufacturing sectors.

What type of training do you offer?

Our training courses are broadly classified into Technical, Non-technical, Empowerment Leadership and Management courses. Some of our courses include AACE Certification preparatory course on Cost Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Operation and Maintenance, AVEVA E3D – integrated plant design solution. In addition, we provide ILM UK Certified course in Document Control and Management, Lead Document Control, Local Content and Entrepreneurship just to mention a few. Do you offer internships?

We are very keen on human capacity building and youth empowerment. To bridge the skill gap in STEM careers, we do offer internships to interested university students or graduates looking to acquire capability and competence in their chosen professions.

Lonadek provides specialized solutions in the following industries – Oil and Gas, Energy, Power, Mining and Manufacturing. We go further to apply multi-discipline skills and innovative ideas, which are critical components that see to the success of our Projects.

What are the working hours in Lonadek?

We’re open from Mondays to Fridays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm


Any discounts for the training services?

Do you do service before payment or service after payment?

Here at Lonadek, we do payment before service. There is a payment gateway available on the official website.

Do you accept installmental payment for your Training or Services?

Yes, we offer a friendly payment plan. However, all payments will be completed 100% before the service is offered.


Is it possible I participate in a training service from my home e.g. through Skype or other Virtual Means?

At the moment we do not offer training services through skype. However, we have some online training courses- NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Oil and Gas and ICDL. These training courses are conducted via an online platform. In addition, we are currently working on our virtual training system.
Furthermore, we offer in-plant training courses at client’s facilities, so we can come to you. Please feel free to check this website for updates.

How long does each training service take

That depends on which course you choose to take. Our shortest course is 2 days and our longest can last up to 10days.

Do your training services have a fixed timetable or can it be customized by me, the consumer?

We have a training calendar that can be accessed on our website – Training. However, we provide customized and specialized training courses for a group or project based on the demands and expectation of the clients.

How do I register for training?

As soon as we receive your training request by mail or telephone or via our website, we send you a booking form and the course full details including date, venue, etc. When you return the completed form, you will receive an invoice, As soon as there is a confirmation of payment available to our team, you get registered on the course immediately. Does Lonadek offer Technical courses?

Yes, we offer technical courses such as Integrated Portfolio, Project Management, Cost Engineering and Estimating Course, AVEVA E3D, Facilities Engineering Operations and Maintenance, STAAD Pro to mention a few. Do you offer weekend training?

Yes, we offer weekend training for groups based on requests of our clients. 

Do you offer training outside Lagos?

Yes, we offer training courses anywhere within and outside Nigeria based on the client’s request. For international locations, participants are expected to have valid travel documents. Feel free to send us a mail for more details about this – training@lonadek.com
