This 40-hour course provides an understanding of the various methods in identifying business and technology vulnerabilities. In addition, this course outlines the appropriate countermeasures to mitigate risks and prevent failure. This course is designed to develop a solid foundation to various disaster recovery and business continuity principles, including the assessment of risks, the preparation of a disaster recovery plan, the development of policies and procedures, and an understanding of the roles and relationships within an organization that is recovering from a disaster and the implementation of a plan.
