The Principal Consultant, Lonadek Global Services, Ibilola Amao, has moderated a panel session at the Oil Trading and Logistics (OTL) Africa Downstream Energy Week. This event, organised in collaboration with the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Development Authority (NMDPRA), took place from October 23rd to 26th, 2023. Ibilola contributed her expertise and insights as a member of the Women in Energy Network, WIEN, during the discussions at this event, alongside other women of great repute.
The event centred around the theme “Energy, Synergy, and New Beginnings,” featuring esteemed female panelists who shared profound perspectives and industry insights. These women delved deeply into the significance of innovation and collaboration within the energy sector and the role of HR in driving organisational growth.
